FAIR GROUNDS TRACK HAS BEEN SANDED. New Orleans, La., November 22. The going at the Fair Grounds is expected to be a couple of seconds slower this winter than last season. Superintendent Myers lias covered the track with about two inches of river sand and it will take some time to mix up and work in with the loam.
