DELMAR CLUB LOSES CASE ON RE-HEARING. Jefferson City, Mo., November 22. The Supreme Court of tills state today Issued a. writ of ouster against the Delmar Jockey Clnb of St. Louis. This probably is the final disposition of .the suit brought by Attorney General Hadley as the. result of the campaign against the club in 1903: The Attorney General asked for the" confiscation of the clubs property by the state, as well as forfeiture of its charter on the ground that in permitting betting at its track after June 16, 1005, it had violated the anti-betting law passed by the last Legislature.
