PROTECTION AGAINST FALSE PRICES. Louisville. Ky., November 22. The" poolroom operators in south Louisville posted, a new rule today. In the future, when they think the price against a horse is out of line, they reserve the right to pay off the following day according to published prices. The rooms Tuesday paid out over ,000 when Noblesse Oblige finished second to Blue Pigeon. The poolrooms posted 00 to 1 against Noblesse Oblige, when it should have been 3 to 1. The false price was the result of bad wire service from the Bennings racetrack.
