MITCHELL TO RIDE AT NEW ORLEANS. New York, Nov. 2S. Jockey Mitchell, well known and popular in this country a few years ago, has returned from Austria and will ride at New Orleans this winter. He can ride at less than 110 pounds and expects to have good success. Mitchell rode iu Russia for two seasons.
