REHEARING IS DENIED. Cincinnati. O., January 9.— The United States Circuit Court of Appeals has denied the application of the Douglas Park Jockey Club of Louisville, for a rehearing of their petition to enjoin Charles F. Grainger and the other members of the racing board from fixing dates for their racing meeting. In the original hearing this court found against the contention of the club that the law creating a Facing Commission in Kentucky was unconstitutional. The court in denying a rehearing again upholds the Kentucky racing law.
