WIMMER MAY TRAIN FOR BROWN. New York. January 9. — It is said that Feter Wininier may train the horses that will be need this year by Captain W. H. Brown, of Pittsburg. Captain Brown has severed relations with Robert Tucker, the plunging trainer, who will nice on his own hook in future. Wimmer formerly trained for the late S. S. Brown, but was succeeded by Tucker. The former then went along quietly with a few horses of his own. but did not cut a sensational figure by any means. If Captain Brown signs Wimmer. the veteran will have a farily good string to begin with, and next year will take charge of a ■aanber of highly thought of two-year-olds, now rearUaga.
