Please, a veiy rapid breaker, left the barrier like a shot and spieadeagled the others in the first furlong and set a fast pace all the way. I.anyah, on the outside of the second division all the way, easily dis-josed or l uzclta in the last sixteenth and linished gamely under a drive. Luzetta ran well, but just managed to last long enough to stall off Snakewoods rush. Tho, latter closed a gap and finished fast. Gioryar showed speed, but tired. Work-a-day and King Folly were humped into in the scramble for iosi-iH-iis when the start came and were given easy rides afterwards. The winner was entered for 00; no I id. Tom Dolan ran a good race, showed great speed, finished gamely and would have won with a stronger finisher up. Sir Ralph, outrun in the early stages, closed a gap and finished fast. Lou G., a bit green at the barrier, broke slowly, but ran straight and true after he got settled in his stride and fought it out gamely with Concerned through the last quarter. The latter was a game contender all the way, but finished next to the Inside rail and was In close quarters at the end. Catfoot ran green. Star Emblem ran a bad race.
