PETER PAN IS AT LEXINGTON. Lexington, Ky., August 21. Peter Pan arrived here last night from Saratoga and was turned out today at James R. Keenes Castleton Stud. The famous colt stood the trip well and with careful handling it is hoped he will soon recover from the ailment that caused his sudden retirement from tlie turf. In seventeen starts this year and last year Peter Pan was only three times unplaced. He won ten races, was second three times and third once, and his total net winnings in stakes and purses foot up 10,450. His six victories this year were the Belmont, Standard, Brooklyn Derby, Tidal, Advance and Brighton Handicap. With Peter Pan came August Belmonts Don Diego a half-brother to Beldame, and Six oclock, the two-year-old half-sister to Ort Wells and Dick Welles.
