Emily N. was close up all the way and was gaining fast at the end and would have won in two more strides. Demonstrate run fairly well. Edna Motter had a rough trip and ran poorly. Sroner Hill showed the most early speed, but tired fast after going three-quarters. AAarning, poorly ridden, can do much better. High Bear closed a gap. French Nun tired in the stretcli. Colonel Boh ran a good race, was gaining steadily in the stretch and would have won in a few more strides. Joe McCarthy closed a big gap from a slow beginning and finished fast. Honest quit badly after showing the most speed for a half. Northdale ran fairly Well. Vansels race was too bad to be true. The others were never prominent. Scratched 71229C. AV. Hasfy Agnes had no mishaps. Cloyne was shullled hack soon after the start and lost some ground, which cost Iiim the race. The others were never prominent.
