J. J. MCAFFERTY GETS A LICENSE. New York, October 17. Following his reinstatement by the California Jockey Club, John J. Mc-Cafferty " has been granted a license by the Jockey Club and will train a stable Cor Jerry Wernberg, for which several horses were purchased at the Belmont Park sale yesterday. McCalferty lwiight four good horses at the Keeue . sale for himself and J. A. Wernberg, Masquerade. Frizette, Masks and Faces and Grimaldi and will j race at New Orleans this coming winter.
