GOOD RIDERS AT NEW ORLEANS. - New Orleans, La., November 15. There will be much better riding material here this winter than ever before in the history of racing at the local tracks. Some of .the best jockeys riding at New York during the summer and most of those from the Canadian circuit, Lexington and Latonia will lie here.
