TEXAS RACING OFFICIALS. The meeting of the San Antonio Fair Association, which opened last Monday to run until November 23. is in charge of the following officials: M. N. Mac-farlan as presiding judge; Arthur McKnight as starter; Charles Campau, clerk of scales; O. W. Boardman. entry clerk; K. C. Kunbury, paddock judge, and W. II. SImms, track superintendent. Judge Joseph A. Murphy, who will occupy the stand at Benning tomorrow, was presiding judge of the meeting on the Texas circuit until his departure lor Washington.
