FEWER LAYERS AT WASHINGTON. New York, November 15. There will be nothing like the number of layers of odds go to Washington for the meeting there that have gone in other years, mainly on account of the scarcity of real money. George Wheelock. Ike Hakclberg, Al Stokes. J. Moran and others will be on the ground as usual. Clubhouse commissioners will be there in force John Walters, Frank More, It. C. Doggett, Billy DuBois and one or two others. Billy Cowcu has closed up shop with the end of Aqueduct. It is said that he has had a bad season.
