NOTASULGA DOING WELL. Notasulga is said to be the best of the big colony of horses Thomas McCreery has In his public stable at Belmont Park. Her owners, Henry Brulatour and Alfred Hamel, have entered The Commoner Touch Not filly in many of the three-year-old races for next year, and other engagements will be made during the winter. They believe Notasulga will be the champion long-distance filly next year. She has grown and filled out considerably since she was laid up during the Saratoga meeting, when she picked up a rusty nail. No serious attempt was made after this accident to get her back to racing form, aud the preparation of the filly next spring will be slow and careful, permitting her to come to the races in her own good time. Notasulga was hurried too much at. New Orleans last winter, and the contrary course will be pursued next year.
