LYNE TO GO ABROAD SOON, Jockey I.ucien Lyne, who has been at his home in Kentucky since his return to America from England apteral weeks ago, is now on a tour of eastern cities seeing the sights in his native land prior to his departure for Europe. He expects to sail early next month, but has not made any definite riding engagement for next year. Last seasou Lyne was under contract to Richard Dawson, trainer tea Lord Carnarvon, who is one of Great Britaus leading turfmen. Lyne weighed 130 pounds when he went abroad a year ago and rode during the season at 120 pounds and could train down to 11 wh* emergency required. He has not grown any taller, but lus taken on considerable weight and does not hope to ride at as low weight next season, but hopes to be able to continue his work iu the saddle on continental courses for several seasons yet.
