KENTUCKY RACING LICENSES GRANTED. Iinklori. Ky.. February 11.— At a meeting of lie State Racing Commission, neld here yesterday, licenses Van granted for the two tracks at Louis-vllle, Douglas Dark and Churchill Downs, the Latouia track and the Kentucky Association track at Lexington lo conduct lacing this spring. l ates lor the meeting!, will lie granted later, but it is understood that the first will tie held at Lexington. probably the last wck in April, thou at Luti--ville. likely at Douglas Dark and tlun at Latonia. Lexington will have a seven-days meeting, Louisville a twenty-days meeting and l.atonia a twenty-days meeting in the spring. Both Lexington and Louisville will haw fall dates and the fall uooting will be held at Ixmtsville at Churchill Downs. it is possible that some arrangements will be made to divide up the time of the spring and fall meet iugs at Louisville between th« two tracks. All of the memoirs of th? commission w • ro present except Colonel K. F. Clay, who is ill at his home in Bourbon County. Ietitions sent here to be signed by th. m.-uibers of the legislature to be forwarded lo New York, nuking the members of the legislature of that state not to repeal the IVrcy-Graji law, have been signed by nearly every member of the legislature.
