MUST BE SPRY IN SEEKING LICENSES. Algernon Haingerfield, assistant secretary of the Jockey Club, announces that trainers and jockeys who desire to pursue their vocation at the forthcoming spring meeting at Benning, must haTe their licenses when the meeting begins, as it is not the intention this year to Issue temporary ones, as has been the custom heretofore.
