JOCKEY CLUB PLANNING ALBANY CAMPAIGN. New York. February 2fl. — Pursuant to the promise made in his address before the joint committees hearing on the Agnew-Hart bills at Albany a week ago last Wednesday. August Belmont, chairman of the board of stewards of the Jockey Club, called a meeting of all the members in the city, which was held at the Windsor Arcade Thursday afternoon and atended by Mr. Belmont. James R. Keene. F. K. Sturgis. J. H. Bradford. Cornelius Fellowes. Andrew Milltr, II. K. Knapp. James But- ler. William H. Kngeman, Christopher I itsgerald, Philip J. Dwyer and Joseph S.
