HAVANA MEETING OF FIFTY DAYS. Tampa, Fla., February 29. — President T. J. L. Brown, of the Mid-Winter State Fair Association, has returned here from Havana and reports that most of the horses which have raced here during the meeting, which closed today, will go to Cuba next week and will race at the Buena Vista meeting, which the Cuban Racing Association will open March 12. to run for fifty days, including Sundays. Harry White left here today for New Orleans for the purpose of interesting horsemen racing on the several tracks than to ship their horses to Cuba. The meeting held here in conjunction with the State Fair, was a complete success and the attendance exceeded the expectations of the management.
