ANTI-POOLROOM BILL TO BECOME LAW. Lexington, Ky., March 12. — The delegation of breeders and horsemen who went to Frankfort today to lobby for the passage of the anti poolroom bill In the lower house, returned tonight sanguine that the measure will become a law. The bill was related in the bouse today and will have its first reading tomorrow or fsaturday. Frou Frou foaled a bay colt by McGee at Edward Conigans farm today. The first foal of the good race mare. White Plume, came last night at Mere Hill Stud. It is a chestnut colt by Ingoldsby. At Kingston Stud last night, Kamara foaled a bay filly by Meddler. At Castleton Stud, last night, Laneette dropped a browa colt by Voter. 1
