HAMILTONS MANY TRACK IMPROVEMENTS. Secretary A. R. Loudon reports that many improvements are being made on the property of tht Hamilton Jockey Club, Including a new paddock, jockeys and trainers quarters and weighing room. The club is now its own landlord, having since the last m etlng exercised its option and purchased the proiK-rfy. He expects the track to be in order for early work this season.
