Little Moso was away in a forward position, but had to be hard ridden throughout, stood a drive gamely and was drawiug away at the end. Columbus, running his best race so far. showed superior speed, but tired slightly in the closing drive. Gloriole came from far back in the last quarter qnd finished gamelv-Tom Holland also closed a big gap in the stretch from a slow beginning. Trappe was going fast for a quarter, but tired in the last furlong. Miss Iniogene ran well to the stretch and tired. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. Canada, hard ridden all the way and saving much ground, was gaining at the end and would have won in a few more strides. Padrone ran a good race, coming from far back in the stretch, but tired at the end. Royal Chance moved up gamely in the last furlong after barely escaping going down. Risk was interfered with and can do much better. Bobbin Around showed speed, but also almost went down when Contanna fell. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. Big Ben was interfered with in the early running, but came fast in the stretch and stayed well in the closing drive. Vohoome finished fast and resolutely. Tolwggan showed improved form, but tired after displaying much speed for a half. Bonart had no mishaps. Ren Strong got away poorly and ran fairly well. Robin Hood ran a good race, showed the most early speed and stayed well in tlie closing drive. Miss Strome came from a long way back and finished gamely. No Quarter, profiting by a jam at the start, was in a contending position to the stretch, where he tired. Beatrice K. ran liirly well. Topsy Robinson suffered from interference, but closed a big gap under a bad ride. Posing got off badly. Meadowbreeze, Animus and Teo Beach were almost thrown when Pickens, on No Quarter, cut across in front at the start. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. Flayman was sharply cut off and stumbled on the first turn, but moved up steadily and outstayed Viperlne in the elosiug drive. Viperine inlerfered sharply with the others on the first turn and, going into a long lead, set a stiff pace, hut tired in the closing strides. Creel, away slowly, closed a big gap and was going fast at the end. Flavigny ran fairly well. Minot tried to run out on the first turn, then showed much speed to the half, but quit in the last quarter. Telegrapher ran fairly well only. Tivolini tired after going a half.
