It is understood that the appeal by Assistant District Attorney Elder from the decision handed down by Justice Bischofi In the Collins case will he argued before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in this county in a few days. The cases of John G. Cavanagh. C. J. Fitzgerald and W. H. Engeman. who were indicted by the Kings County grand jnry during the Brighton Beach meeting, will be heard by the Appellate Division In Brooklyn some time next month. !
