ALL NEW YORKERS NOT QUITTERS. New York, October 2S. James Bntler and P. J. Dwyer, neither of whom is a steward of the Jockey Club, take an optimistic view of the future. Mr. Butler already has issued orders to have the Empire City track rebuilt for next season, while Mr. Dwyer put himself on record some time ago as being determined to conduct race meetings at his Gravesend and Aqueduct tracks just so long as he had a dollar left.
