WILL SURELY RACE AT SHEEPSHEAD BAY. New York, November 21. William K. Vanderbllt has announced positively that there will be racing at Slteepshead Bay next j-ear. conducted by the Coney Island Jockey Club. Assistant District Attorney Elder has announced his intention of taking the case of Melville Collins to the Court of Appeals. It is not thought possible that the decision of the Appellate Division will be reversed, as it was a unanimous ruling, sustaining the lower court in Its granting a writ of habeas corpus.
