CLAIM DAMAGES OF ,000. Lexington. Kv., June 5.— Trial of the suit of C. B. Hawkins, of Midway. A. E. Hundley, of Dan rifle, and John B. Kwing. of Lexington, against the Adams Express Company, was begun in the Circuit Court this morning. The plaintiffs claim damages aggregating 15.000, alleging that a carload of thor oughbrejl yearlings shipped from Lexington. June ].Y 1MB, were damaged that amount through ncgli geaee, carelessness and delay on the part of the company in furnishing a defective cur. The~trial will occupy about two days.
