KENTUCKY DECISION EXPECTED TODAY. Appellate Court Said to Be Beady To Announce Its Findings in Latonia Case. Frankfort. Ky.. June 18. — The Kentucky Appellate Court is expected to hand down a decision tomorrow on the appeal of the Kentucky State Racing Com mission- from Judge Harbesons decision in tlie case in which the Latonia Jockey Club Is involved. A rumor, credited In well-informed circles, is current that tlie Appellate Court will uphold the racing commission. The mandate of the court, however, will not be issued for thirty days — the regular time in such cases. It is asserted by some that under the courts ruling fines aggregating thousands of dollars can l e levied because of the meetings held at Latonia last fall and this summer. Cincinnati. 0..
