FAIR PLAY FAILS TO PLACE. London, Eng.. June- 30. August Belmonts Fair Play ran unplaced as one of ten starters in the Hare Park Handicap at Newmarket yesterday. This was a race of 500 sovereigns for three-year-olds and upward, at a mile and a half, and Fair Plav carried top weight of 120 pounds.
