WILLIAM WALKER UNDER SUSPENSION. Buffalo. N. Y.. July 15. -The following ruling was made today by the officials of the Niagara Racing Association, and notification was sent to Algernon Dalngerficld of the New York Jockey Club: "For refusing to complete delivery of the horse. Steel, taken from him in a selling race. William Walker and bis horses are suspended and the case is referred to the Canadian Racing Associations for further action."
