EASTERN HORSEMEN HAVE FALLING OUT. Xcw York, August 0. Supreme Court Justice Lehman has vacated an attachment on which the sheriff of Xassau County seized Sir Wooster. the crack jumper, and other horses owned by Robert Xeville, the .Baltimore horseman and breeder, in a suit brought against him by Charles Pfizer, an exhibitor of hunters and M. F. H. of the Essex Hunt. Counsel for Pfizer will move in the Supreme Court to have the attachment restored. The suit involving the two well-known horsemen arose out of their partnership in racing a string of horses. Kadi claims that the other is indebted to him. Justice Lehman vacated the attachment on Mr. Xevilles horses on the ground that the summons and complaint in the suit had not been Hied in the county clerks oiliee within the required time after the attachment was served. Counsel for Mr. Pfizer asks to have the judgment reinstated on the ground that the complaint was not filed through an oversight.
