RACING AT BLUE GRASS FAIR. Lexington. Ky.. August 13. The mile running race at the Blue Grass Fair this afternoon was won by Lady Vie. Lady Vie is in far better form right now than she lias been at any time this year. There have been four running races this week, and jockey Franklin has won them all. There will be no racing tomorrow, when the feature will be a show of thoroughbreds. Summary: Three-year-olds ami upward, purse 00; one mile: George B.
