HORSES IN TRAINING AT JOLIET. .Toilet. 111., August 3.!. There are now about fifty running horses in training at Ingalls Park in preparation for the mixed meeting which will be given here in connection witli the Will County Fair August 24-2S. Considerable accessions are expected next week. On Monday evening next. Mr. Ingalls will throw open the park to the public for an inspection of the extensive Improvements that have been made on the course this summer.
