NOMINATIONS FOR BLUE BONNETS. Montreal. Que.. August 13. The stake nominations for the autumn meeting of the Montreal Jockey Club, at Blue Bouuets September 4 to IS inclusive, aggregate upward of three hundred entries. An analysis of the list shows that a great lnany of the horses that are already well and favorably known to the Montreal public will lie here to contend for the good purses that have been provided and their number will be augmented by a host of others that will race over the Blue Bonnets course for the first time. Among the latter are such good racers as Irince Ahmed, Old Honest. Jacobite, Koyal Tourist. Sir Woostcr, Ilaudniore and Booger Bed. Besides Irince Ahmed. II. 15. Bedwell nominated Tony Faust. Keep Moving. Thomas Calhoun, Madman, Kichard Heed and Bellwether freely. In the list of horses nominated that have already raced at Blue Bonnets are Stanley Fay. Bouquet. Hanbridge. "aye Adsuin. In the Provincial Nursery, which was framed by the Montreal Jockey Club with the idea of encouraging the breeding of thoroughbreds in Quebec, five two year-olds are named to go to the barrier.
