IMPROVEMENTS FOR WINDSOR PLANT. Detroit. Mich.. August 10. The patronage at Windsor this season Is 25 per, cent: greater than at any previous meeting at that track. This will, of course, mean increased profit to the association, but being fully alive to conditions, the management will put back most of the money In extensive improvements on the plant. A new grandstand, one that will be commodious and up to date in every respect, is in contemplation, and when this is erected the Windsor plant will compare favorably with the most modern courses In the Dominion. The transportation facilities will also be Improved.
