THE ALBANY HANDICAP TODAY Pome smart two-year-olds will contest the ninth running of the Albany Handicap at Saratoga this afternoon. It was won last year by II. P. Whitneys Sea Cliff, a winner this year in England. Jim ;::iYi:ey. the winner of 1007. was perhaps the best two-year-old that ever carried off the honors of the event, but unluckily became infirm in his forelegs and has not lieen able to make any showing as a three-yepr-old.
