TROUBLE FOR HENDERSON PROMOTERS. a Henderson. Ky.. August 20. Sydney Courtin. E. II. Caulield and William Rauh of the Albuquerque Fair and Racing Association, which has been holding running races here every afternoon since last Saturday, were arrested last night by Sheriff Edward Helton on the charge of promoting racing without first obtaining permission of the State Racing Commission of Kentucky. The men canie to Hi-uderson from Denver.
