WINN AND DAVIS COMING FROM JUAREZ. Louisville, Ky.. September 1. Colonel Matt J. Winn, vice-president and general manager of the New Louisville Jockey Club, will return from Juarez. Mexico, next Sunday to arrange for the opening of the fall race meeting at Churchill Downs. September 25 to October t. Lyman II. Davis, secretary, will also return. Colonel Winn and Mr. Davis are now engaged in supervising the erection of the Juarez racing plant, to be opened on Thanksgiving day.
