Alice George, away slowly, closed a big gap In the last quarter. King Commoner showed speed, but tired In the stretch. Lady Chilton was prominent for a half. Ben Double ran well, but quit in the last quarter. Fireball got away poorly, Edgely ran poorly. Sally Preston ran her race at the post. The winner was entered for 00; no bid.
