That matter was corrected some time ago in "errata" of the monthly book, lu race S3723 Byron should read Bryan and refer to 73S48. S. T., St. Louis, Mo. The layers contention is correct. When Summer Night was scratched from the race specified for her to start in, the parlay became void as to her.
