MADAME MELBA TO HAVE STABLE, London, Eng., September 22. Mndame Melba has taken up racing and will start in to organize a stable of her own in Australia. Colors have been registered with the Victorian Jockey Club at Melbourne and the "olive green, mauve sash, white cap" chosen by Madame Melba will be seen shortly on the famous Flemington course and other race tracks in Australia. Madame Melba is a good judge of thoroughbred race horses and has always been art enthusiast on racing. Her venture as an owner will bo made on an extensive scale and the horses to race in her colors will be selected by Madame Melba herself.
