SPECIAL FEATURES FOR JAMESTOWN. Norfolk. Va., March 23. Manager Bob Levy is arranging some special features for the Jamestown meeting. There will be races for gentlemen riders in which locallv-owned horses will Iw ridden by tljeir owners. These races will be over the hurdles. Last year they -worn one of the features or the rail meeting from a local standpoint. Mauager Levy is also arranging for a mule race. It is expected to have seven or eight mules entered for one race, probably over a mile on the flat. The .mules will be ridden by sailors from the various battleships that will be gathered In Hamplon Roads during the meeting. This feature promises to be amusing.
