LIBERALS IN CONTROL AT HOT SPRINGS. Hot Springs. Ark., March 23. The bill creating a new judicial district, composed of Garland and Montgomery Counties, has been passed by both brandies of the state legislature and now only awaits the signature of the. governor to become a law. Col. Jack Murphy has been indorsed by the Bar Association for judge of this new district on a liberal platform. The formation of the new district gives this city control of the elections and as ninety per cent, of the people here are for a liberal administration or affairs, it is thought likely that Hot Springs will soon bo its old self again. Predictions are being made that racing will be revived here.
