JOCKEY WAR SHEAR IN GOOD FORM. Muskogee, Okla., August 21. The feature of todays races was the saddle showing of jockey AAar-shear, who rode two winners and one second out ot three chances. This boy is the best rider seen in this locality this season and plans to ride on the big tracks next winter. There was a large attendance again today and the layers were kept busy. The public had a good day. as two favorites, one second choice aud three well-supported outsiders accounted for the card. AVednesday will be Derby day and a record-breaking attendance is sure to be out to witness the Derby which "will bring together the best Held of horses that ever raced hereabouts.
