DUFFERIN PARKS OPENING TODAY. Toronto, Out.. September S. The second of the 1911 meetings at DulTerin Park, under the auspices of the Metropolitan Racing Association, will open tomorrow with a nine-race program. All the races are well filled and a successful meeting is anticipated. The same officials will serve as during the lirst meeting.
