NO INTERFERENCE AT JAMESTOWN. New York, September S. Robert Levy, manager of the Jamestown Jockey Club, is in town. He lias received a license for a fall meeting and says his stake list will be ready for entries in the near future. Mr. Levy declares that there will be no attempt to interfere with the speculation at the Jamestown track hereafter, as the courts have decided that betting is not illegal in Virginia.
