NEWS OF AMERICAN JOCKEYS ABROAD. Norfolk, Va November 27. Jockey Jimmy Reid writes Hugh Penny that he and jockey Archibald have left Austria and are now on their way to Calcutta, India, where they will ride during the winter months. Archibald did well in Germany and has signed a contract to ride for Baron Oppenheiiuer next season. Reid will return to France next spring. Guy Garner will remain in Paris this winter as the guest of Milton Henry. Stanley Davis and M. McGee will also put in the winter months in Paris, but Joe Sumter sailed for this country yesterday.
