NEW STAND AT HAMILTON. Hamilton, Ont., November 27. Work is well under way on the new grand stand of the Hamilton Jockey Club, and when finished the club will have one of the best racing plants in Canada. The new stand will be built of cement and steel and will have about double the seating capacity of the old stand. It, will extend back to the Grand Trunk Jtailroad fence, a driveway running underneath, and will be so constructed that every person will have a clear, view of the entire track. The old clubhouse has been removed to the gate and Is being used as 1 residence for the caretaker, and a handsome new clubhouse will be built on the members lawn.
