CHAMP CLARK PROMISES TO AID. Norfolk, Va., November 27. Judge Joseph A. Murphy is in receipt of a letter from Capt. John Lamb, chairman of the Agricultural Committee of Congress at Washington, informing him that Speaker Champ Clark will take up the question of a congressional appropriation of 00,000 toward establishing a government breeding bureau for the improvement of cavalry remounts.
