HAMILTON JOCKEY CLUB CHANGES. Toronto, Ont., December 3. The surprising announcement comes from Hamilton of the retirement of Secretary A. R. Loudon from that post, as well as from the directorate of the Hamilton Jocker Club. Senator William Gibson and Judge Monck were reelected president and vice-president and several of the old directors were returned, but the board was enlarged by the inclusion of several directors who went out a few years ago, and one of whom, at least, was in opposition to the ticket supported by Mr. Loudon. It is also reported from Hamilton that the story of a proposed new track to operate under the charter of the old Hamilton Driving Association may be put definitely flrthe fairy tale classification. No license to conduct a running meeting will be granted under such a charter.
