KENTUCKY RACING COMMISSION REPORTS. Lexington, Ky., December 23. The Kentucky State Racing Commission met here today and adopted and ordered printed its third biennial report to the Kentucky Legislature, which will convene at Frankfort Tuesday, January 0. The Teport Is a comprehensive review of the work of the commission during the past two years and calls attention to the improvement shown in turf affairs and the cleaner manner in which the sport of racing, now of a much higher order than prior to the creation of the commission, is conducted in this state. No recommendations are made. The report was sent to Louisville tonight to lie printed in book form and placed upon the desks of the members of the general assembly on the opening day of its session.
